Yesterday+Today+Concert

Yesterday

Nothing happened in the first block. Second block, we were basically set free to go outside and play in a social studies class. Wei, Nancy, and Irene were working on their homework (usual for Nancy and Irene, not usual for Wei). Mr. Mey told us to work outside, however, me and Rang finished studying a science test so we went out and played, stoled Leo’s bike and ride it, saw random people taking photographs, and watched PE people playing on the field. I wish every class was like that. In the last block, I had IT, and we were to write up a story (at least 300 words). Shouldn’t we be doing something other than English in IT? Anyhow, I wrote about a guy called Steve Gates, and you know, the usual stuff… After school wasn’t much fun. I went home with a green paper that I bought for fun from the dollar store hoping that I can get some sort of green screen material. Then there was the multicultural concert (day 1). I wish that they are giving me my long behold dslr, unfortunately, it’s still out of stock. Nothing much to say there except it was a good show. You can read more on Leo’s blog about the multicultural concert.

Today

I had a field trip for the first half of the day to Granville Island, and I have nothing to write about it. When I came back to school, it was already 12:20 so I had to pick up my math stuff and run to my class. Luckily, Mr. Brion is late so I didn’t have to worry. Let’s fast forward to after school since the afternoon class are same the stuff. I decided to finish my SS homework because I was outside during class (read Yesterday). But before I do anything, I checked my mail and saw usual stuff. New registrations on PG Forum. Microsoft Newsletter, and some other letters. I had to check my blog to moderate some comments and I saw a new release for Wordpress, so I had to download the 2.2 version and upgrade everyone’s blog. By the time I was finished the email, it was already 5pm, so I hurried up with my SS homework because there’s a multicultural concert day 2! When I arrived at the small gym for the concert, I saw friends, more people than day 1. Too bad the show on day 2 was worst than day 1 and the intermission was longer than the actual performance. Gibson was there again, capturing the performances. At the end, everyone enjoyed it (the food probably). After the concert, Leo was bothering Jane, and now back at home typing this blog post.
